When SUET YI discovers that TIN and HANG are deceiving her, she goes to ask TIN. TIN dares not to tell her the truth. As HONG MING needs a lot of cash for his private business, he bribes MARCO to take the money of "Shui Lung". MAN CHUN wants to re-structure the managing board but his idea is opposed by MAN KWONG who aims to protect his private interest. YUK NAM is so conservative that she requests MAN a-ILN to delay his plan. HONG MING pretends that he supports MAN CHUN so as to win MAN CHUN's support. In fact he does all these for himself.
